How can I automate a repeatable client onboarding process, like a website, ads and content for every new client?

Use Workers. Think of a worker as an employee that follows an SOP. Each worker has instructions that you write as your procedure, for example for onboarding: every client needs a website, ads and 30 days of social media content.

When you set one up:

1. Write the instructions for the SOP.
2. Choose who it works on: contacts, everyone in a pipeline, or filters such as everyone with a given tag.
3. Set the business hours it works, for example Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
4. Choose which tools it may use. By default it can use everything, so it can create everything.
5. Set concurrency to control how many instances of the worker run at once.

The AI has access to everything in the system, so even in a different chat it can find earlier work, such as a client's site you want to modify.
